Similar to 10970, but has the ability to accept a 2 inch wide winch strap. Reel has matching holes drilled in each side plate. Crank the reel so that the hole is outside of the edge of the base, and bolt can be inserted. A wrench or needle-nose pliers are necessary to hold the nut in position on the opposite side during mounting. The bolt goes through a loop in the end of the strap. Powder coated black finish.
