Ratcheting handle for DL1602A, DL1802A and DLx1900 pulling winches. Can be cranked in full circular revolutions. Can also be ratcheted for better leverage on steep boat ramps or from an awkward stance (such as trying to bring a boat in without getting your feet wet!).
